How to obtain A Motorcycle_Permit
Step 1. You will need a valid class C License
Step 2. Application
Obtain an Application for a Motorcycle_Permit (DL-5) in your State Motorcycle Operator's Manual. Provided by you local DMV Department of Motor Vehicles office. Return the Application along with a $10.00 fee (check or money order only).
Step 3. Vision and Knowledge Test
You will be required to pass a Vision and Knowledge test. Upon successful completion, you will be given the Learners Permit.
After passing the knowledge test, you will be issued a Motorcycle Permit(Class M). The

You need to schedule the Motorcycle Skills Test at a Driver Licence Center. You can schedule the exam online by logging on to your local DOT site( PENNDOT, DELDOT, NJDOT...)
